Just got my bike, so far its in a good condition and is running well. the service was... fine. i wasn't getting updates on when it would arrive or if it was one the way. Not sure if that was an issue on my end, but overall I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend Pogo Cycles to anyone looking for an electric bike in the future.

Je n'y croyais pas mais si c'est possible, retrouver de l'autonomie en garrigue. C'est le top du top, ce n'est pas un vélo, c'est sûr mais c'est 1000 fois mieux qu'un déambulateur et beaucoup plus rajeunissant. Avec ce tricycle, j'ai retrouvé mes 20 ans. tranquille à mon rythme. Merci Pogo de m'avoir permis ceci.
The bike came really quick with express delivery. I was looking at more expensive ebikes but samebike cy20 does everything I need. I am really happy with it. A lot of bike for less money. Sturdy and quite nippie on the roads. I recommend you try it if you are looking for an inexpensive mode of transport.
